What You are doing?


  • Achieve sales targets set by management.

This role will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various channels to drive targeted traffic and revenue growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding to performance marketing strategies and be able to drive measurable results through data driven optimization.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop & execute performance marketing campaigns across paid channels (Google Ads, FB Ads, IG Ads & Tiktok Ads) including search, social, display and video advertising.

  • Monitor & analyze campaign performance data to identify areas of improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to develop and refine targeting strategies.

  • Create and test ad copy and creative to improve campaign performance.

  • Create and manage landing page.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand messaging and objectives.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our campaigns remain competitive.

  • Provide regular reports and analysis of campaign perfomance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements: 


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or a related field.

  • 2-3 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving measurable results through paid advertising campaigns.

  • Manage monthly campaign budgets, minimum spending of 200 million.

  • Deep understanding of pid advertising channels, including research, social, display and video advertising.

  • Billing proses Checking, Verification & Monitoring documents completeness and compliance (e.g.: reimbursements, expense claim, PO documents, non-PO documents, tax invoice and Travel & Expense advance request).

  • Payment proses

         • Prepare payment planning schedule in the system (including payroll).

         • Distribute payment advice to related party.

         • Checking overpayment if any.

  • Operational Expenses Review (Petty Cash, etc).

  • Perform efficient administration & documents indexing.

  • Ensure the accuracy of all records and statements to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Preparing and coordinating account receivables/payables reconciliations.

  • Required to have strong understanding of PSAK and Indonesia tax regulation & laws.

  • Proficient in handling tax issues including tax planning, tax reporting, preparation of SPP dan SPT (Pph 21, 23, 29, article 4 paragraph 2, VAT etc).

  • Excellent problem solving, analytical skill, accurate in detail and able to work both in team & independently.
